sThe off the shoulder dress and tops are the latest addition to the nouveau-boho or foho craze. While they have an increased chance of a wardrobe malfunction in these elastisized tops and dresses (especially the long ones), it's totally worth it.
This red dress is so so AWESOME and it comes in black and denim (see below)
